Initial exercises

Before warming-up exercises, it is an advisable foot bath in warm water (about 36-37 ° C) with salt. The optimal bath time is 15 minutes, and the salt concentration in the bath should be 10 tablespoons of salt per 5 liters of water. Children are recommended to use brine at a concentration of about 8 tablespoons of salt per 5 liters of water.
